This weekend will mark the inagural year of Boston’s “Life Is Good Festival”. The two day event will be held at Prowse Farm in Canton, MA and hopefully will become an anual event. The two days will be jam packed with national headlining artists like Jason Mraz, Ben Harper & Relentless 7, Guster, Corinne Bailey Rae, Ziggy Marley, Galactic, Ozomatli, and Mavis Staples as well as rising stars Brett Dennen, Grace Potter & the Nocturnals, Donavon Frankenreiter, OK Go, Dr. Dog, Trombone Shorty and more. Top children’s artists The Laurie Berkner Band, Dan Zanes and Friends and They Might Be Giants will join in the fun on the “Good Kids” Stage and will be joined by San Francisco’s kids-rock performers The Sippy Cups and a unique “Circus To Go!” performance by Big Apple Circus.
For those that are unable to make it to the festival, Chase Freedom, in partnership with the Life is good Festival, will be presenting a webcast of the performances at this weekend’s event. The webcast will be featured on the Chase Freedom Facebook at www.facebook.com/chasefreedom. After the festival, the page will showcase archived clips of the show. Through the partnership, Chase Freedom is supporting the Life is good Kids Foundation which helps kids overcome life threatening challenges.
