The Rolling Stones Reveal “50 And Counting” Tour Dates

The Rolling Stones have finally announced that they will kick off their “50 And Counting” tour this summer in Los Angeles at the Staples Center sometime in May. (Date TBA pending NBA/NHL playoff schedules.)
The first show will be followed by performances in Oakland, San Jose, Las Vegas, Anaheim, Toronto, Chicago, Boston and Philadelphia. Check out all the dates, locations and ticket on sale dates below.
The stage design for the tour is based on the band’s tongue and lips logo, which will extend out into the crowd, allowing the Stones to interact directly with their audience. Known for their ground-breaking sets and use of cutting-edge technology, the Stones’ set design will feature video screens and special effects that will enhance the high-octane experience of attending a live Stones’ show.

Heart & Jason Bonham’s Led Zeppelin Experience Contribute to The Station Fire Memorial Fund Through Ticket Sales

Heart and Jason Bonham’s Led Zeppelin Experience will be making a stop in New England this summer when they play the Comcast Center in Mansfield, MA on June 28, 2013.
In addition to a great rock show the two bands aim to honor the memories of those who tragically lost their lives in The Station fire in West Warwick, Rhode Island in 2003 through some fundraising. The tour has announced that $1.50 from every ticket sold to the show will be donated directly to the Station Fire Memorial Foundation making it an even more inviting show to attend.
The Station Fire Memorial Foundation is a 501(c)3 recognized charitable organization that was formed in order to procure, construct, and maintain a fitting memorial to those affected by Rhode Island’s most significant tragedy to date.
The Station Fire Memorial Foundation is a 100% Volunteer Effort. There are no administrative costs. Every dollar raised by the Station Fire Memorial Foundation will go directly to address the costs of construction and maintenance of the memorial. Construction will begin in the Spring of 2013.

Andrew W.K. has revealed plans for his first-ever American solo tour, The Human Party Machine. During this spring/summer trek, W.K. will be bringing just a microphone, a keyboard, and as the press release states his “will to survive” as he brings his party to intimate club and bar settings across the country.
W.K. talked about what’s in store: “I’m truly excited and also terrified by what will happen at these shows,” proclaims W.K. “Its designed for maximum chaos and to put us as close to the abyss as possible. But were going to survive and thrive, because well be in it together, arm-in-arm and heart-to-heart, becoming a human party machine made of blood, love, and courage. Get your friends together and lets fucking do this!”
The shows will find W.K. performing his fan-favorite party anthems, including ’Party Hard,’ ’We Want Fun,’ ’Long Live The Party,’ ‘I Get Wet,’ ’You Will Remember Tonight’, and more.

Matchbox Twenty and Goo Goo Dolls have announced plans for a co-headlining tour throughout North America this summer.
The tour will kick off on June 25th at the Verizon Wireless Arena in Manchester, NH and run throughout August. Check out all the dates below.

Phish Reveal Summer Tour Dates

Phish will kick off their 2013 summer tour in New England with their first-ever concert at Darling’s Waterfront Pavilion in Bangor, Maine on July 3, which will be followed by a three-night stand at Saratoga Performing Arts Center (July 5-7).
The trek will also include an evening at Toronto’s Molson Amphitheatre (July 9), marking the band’s first concert in Canada in nearly 13 years, and Phish’s first shows at Charter One Pavilion on Northerly Island(July 19-21), which is located on a 91-acre peninsula that juts into Lake Michigan and offers a stunning view of the Chicago skyline.

Device Announce Tour Dates

Dave Draiman’s latest project Device has announced a series of US tour dates.
They will be kicking off a string of headline shows on April 10th in Mobile, AL and will be performing at several spring festivals. Gemini Syndrome and Nonpoint will support on select headline dates.
The tour dates will support the release of their self-titled debut album on April 9, 2013 via Warner Bros Records, which Draiman co-wrote and recorded with Geno Lenardo.
Upon finishing the writing and recording process, Draiman enlisted Evanescence drummer Will Hunt, and Dope and Rock of Ages guitarist Virus; the three comprise the touring incarnation of Device.
The album features guest artists like Serj Tankian (System of a Down), Tom Morello (Rage Against the Machine), Geezer Butler (Black Sabbath), Glenn Hughes (Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, Black Country Communion), M. Shadows (Avenged Sevenfold) and Lzzy Hale from Halestorm.

Alabama Shakes have announced that they will kick off a North American headline tour on June 18 at LC Pavilion Outdoors in Columbus, OH.
