2010 Life is good Festival (Canton, MA) Line-Up and Ticket On-Sale Dates Announced

The lineup for the 2010 Life is good Festival at Blue Hills has been announced. The festival is set to take place September 11 – 12 at Prowse Farm in Canton, MA. The multi-faceted event combines world-class headliners, popular developing bands and the top children’s artists working today. With a wide range of entertainment options including games, interactive art activities and a nationally-known circus company, this one-of-a-kind festival aims to raise $1 million for kids facing life-threatening challenges through the Life is good Kids Foundation.
The 2010 Life is good Festival at Blue Hills will feature national headlining artists Jason Mraz, Ben Harper & Relentless 7, Guster, Corinne Bailey Rae, Ziggy Marley, Galactic, Ozomatli, and Mavis Staples as well as rising stars Brett Dennen, Grace Potter & the Nocturnals, Donavon Frankenreiter, OK Go, Dr. Dog, Trombone Shorty and more. Top children’s artists The Laurie Berkner Band, Dan Zanes and Friends and They Might Be Giants will join in the fun on the “Good Kids” Stage and will be joined by San Francisco’s kids-rock performers The Sippy Cups and a unique “Circus To Go!” performance by Big Apple Circus.

Tickets for the 2010 Life is good Festival at Blue Hills will go on-sale on June 17, 2010 at 10:00 am at www.lifeisgood.com. Adult single-day tickets are $50, and $90 two-day tickets are also available. Tickets for children ages 6-12 are available for $10 in a limited supply, and children 5 and under are free.

2010 New England Metal & Hardcore Festival Line-Up Announced

Are youuuuu readddyyyy! The New England Metal and Hardcore Festival returns for it’s 12th year this April with a mixture of bands from the metal and hardcore genres. Returning to the Palladium in Worcester, Mass., the event will take place on Friday, April 23 and Saturday, April 24, with an extra special pre-party sponsored by Atticus on Thursday, April 22.
Tickets for Friday only cost $40.00. Tickets for Saturday only cost $46.00. A 2-day ticket costs $80.00. All tickets go on sale February 12 at 10AM. Check out their site for details.
