Death Cab for Cutie Announce Summer Tour

Death Cab for Cutie has announced the details for their summer headline tour (in addition to previously announced club dates). The dates support their upcoming release CODES AND KEYS, due out on May 31st.  Pre-sale tickets to most of the newly announced dates will be available starting on Friday, April 29th at www.dcfcunion.com; all remaining tickets will then go on sale to the general public the following weekend, May 6th-8th .   Frightened Rabbit will be opening the shows.

Styx and Yes Announce Co-Headlining “Progressive U.S. Tour”

Dropkick Murphys Announce Summer North American Tour Dates,

 Dropkick Murphys have announced North American summer tour dates in support of their new CD Going Out In Style.

The trek kicks off with a May 28 Memorial Day Weekend headlining performance at the Punk Rock Bowling & Music Festival in downtown Las Vegas.  Dropkick Murphys will then launch a string of shows starting June 19 in Winnipeg, Manitoba.  The tour is highlighted by a headlining slot at the annual 4th of July weekend Hootenanny in Irvine, CA. This run of summer shows wraps with a July 8 performance at Milwaukee’s Summerfest. These shows will be bookended by European festival dates in April and August.  Check out the European dates as well as the North American dates below:

A Perfect Circle Announce Summer 2011 Tour Dates

A Perfect Circle will tour North America for the first time in six years, kicking off their 2011 tour dates with a headlining performance at Rock on the Range in Columbus, Ohio on May 22.

The band returned from their self-imposed hiatus in the fall of 2010 for a handful of intimate Western U.S. dates, which sold out within a minute of going on sale so you may want to buy yours for these dates as soon as you can.
