Tune in tomorrow, February 9th, to get a first listen to The Strokes new single “Under Cover Of Darkness” via a stream on their website. The song will be available to download for free for 48 hours from www.thestrokes.com, and will arrive at radio on the same day.

The single, the first from their upcoming album Angles, will be available to purchase digitally in the US via iTunes on February 15th.

Angles will be released on March 22nd.

The Strokes have announced a release date of March 21st for their new album Angles. A new single titled “Under Cover of Darkness,” will be heard on radio starting in February. The Black Dots of Death have officially confirmed the final track listing for their upcoming debut Ever Since We Were Children, which will now feature the track “I Am Lost.”  Check out the tracklisting below.

The brainchild of percussionist and co-founding member of Slipknot, M. Shawn “Clown” Crahan, The Black Dots of Death will release their debut album on March 1, 2011.

Phish Announces 2-DVD Set “Coral Sky” To Be Released On October 19th

Phish has announced an October 19th release date for Coral Sky, a 2-DVD set capturing Phish’s November 2, 1996 performance at Coral Sky Amphitheater in West Palm Beach, FL. The complete, uncut concert was created from archival videotapes of the multi-camera lawn screen feed and the audio was mixed from multi-track masters in stereo PCM and 5.1 surround.

Anberlin Announce Album Title, Track Listing, Release Date

Anberlin will release their  fifth studio album, Dark Is The Way, Light is a Place,on September 21st. The band recorded it at Nashville’s renowned Blackbird Studio with Brendan O’Brien. The lead single “Impossible” will go to radio in mid-July and “We Owe This To Ourselves,” another track from Dark Is The Way, Light is a Place, will be the main song used on ESPN’s X-Games this summer.

On the album title: “Love is a friction, a chemistry,” says Anberlin’s front man, Stephen Christian. “We need to fight it out in a good way, not with threats of leaving, but to, in love, find an understanding.” Dark Is The Way, Light is a Place is a line in Dylan Thomas’ “Poem On His Birthday” which examines the battle implicit in life and in love.

Collective Soul reveal tracklisting for new album Collective Soul (Rabbit)

Collective Soul have revealed the title and track listing to their upcoming Loud & Proud/Roadrunner Records debut album, Collective Soul (Rabbit).  The album, which is scheduled for an August 25th release date, was recorded at frontman Ed Roland’s Lake House studio and is self-produced.  The first single, “Staring Down,” shipped to Hot A/C and Triple A formats on June 8, followed by the rocker “Welcome All Again,” which will ship on July 6 to Rock formats.
